Briks and Embers wood-fired pizza is a Food truck and outdoor restaurant. We can bring the fire to you or serve you at our commissary. For our pizzas we make our dough and sauces and get our veggies as fresh and local as possible. Our 10” artisan pizzas are then cooked at 900 degrees in our wood fired oven. We focus on Fresh, Great Tasting Pizza. We cater all types of events like weddings, graduations, corporate events, festivals and more.
