Del Lusso is an elevated Neapolitan-inspired osteria featuring brick oven pizzas made the southern Italian way in the heart of Carlsbad, California. Using the freshest ingredients and prepared in the simplest way, we fire off pizzas to perfection in 90 seconds in our custom-made oven. The casual eatery is the product of two Carlsbad entrepreneurs who share a passion for bringing people together through the shared experience of incredible food, farm to table ingredients, and sourcing from the the finest purveyors to create an incredible dining experience.
