Family, Memories & Love. Marri's began with my father in 1957. A Chicago native, he built our first restaurant in Long Beach, CA on the corner of Broadway & Lime. From there Marri's became synonymous with consistently amazing family-style Italian food, with lines down the block to get a table. The blend of Chicago and New York style pizza was so good you'd want to eat every slice by yourself and sometimes I did. The walls were covered with Italian newspapers that customers would write messages on, laughing from dark candlelit booths. My father was always there, sitting with the regulars who loved listening to his stories.
