Special thanks to all of our customers. Unfortunately, due to the landlord dispute with the roof replacement, damages incurred, extensive legal fees, and just an all around headache with the latter, we have decided to close down in Lomita, permanently. We will be reopening later this year at a new location. Home of Hokkaidough! Thin crust NY style and our very popular pan pizza. Our trademark dough is inspired by delicious Japanese Shokupan, and the beautiful Prefecture, Hokkaido (北海道). Hokkaidough is unique due to our long and slow fermentation process, and ingredients. The result, light, airy, crispy and pillowy soft, all in one bite. Thank you!
