Family-owned wood fired pizza food truck Our Pizzas are kissed by fire and smoke and cooked to perfection. Pizza Italia Miami was born out of Chef Pascal’s desire to eat authentic, Italian pizza in Miami. He has more than 20 years of cooking experience and since his early years of cooking in Europe, he always makes sure each dish is made with the highest-quality ingredients you can find and make everything from scratch.
