Authentic Italian pizza is hard to find, and the flavor is hard to beat. We use homemade hand-tossed dough and authentic pecorino, ricotta, Parmigiano Reggiano & mozzarella cheeses. Our 18-inch pizzas are finished in a traditional wood fired oven with temperatures up to 800 degrees. We also have a selection of fresh pasta dishes featuring ricotta filled raviolis, cheese torellini, or penne pasta covered in alfredo, pesto, marinara, or a rich meat sauce. Naples, Italy is the birthplace of pizza. And Woosters Square in Connecticut is the US hub of authentic Naples style pizza. That's our heritage. Styled after the great pizzerias in New York, Woosters is owned and operated by two sisters who take great pride in serving Northern Idaho.
