Established in 2017. Giorgio's Italian Pizzeria brings a little bit of Italy to Hudson offering fresh, homemade food made daily for the entire family. The owners, Bino and Antoinette Macari, originated from Rome and Calabria Italy. The past 20 years they have been cooking for friends and family in New York. Now living in Massachusetts, they discovered a need for authentic Italian pizza with real fresh dough and pasta dishes with sauce made from scratch. Real Italian dishes and authentic thin-crust pizza with dough made from simple ingredients every day! The owners were born in Italy and lived in New York for over 20 years cooking Italian food and New York-style Italian pizza for friends, family, and customers.
