Hilltown Hot Pies is pizzaiolo Rafi Bildner's evolution of his previously nomadic mobile pizza operation, now a brick & mortar space in the Berkshire Hills that is currently under renovation. So, for the summer 2024 season, the Hilltown Hot Pies pizza yard is temporarily open at The Egremont Barn - an outdoor pizza dining experience, with sourdough neapolitanish pizzas, seasonal salads, desserts, with beverages available from the Barn’s full bar. A loyal following has followed the Hilltown Hot Pies mobile oven around the region, and now, their legendary pizzas can be enjoyed in a beautiful Berkshire setting, at their new temporary summer home in Egremont!
