Pizza Via serves 12 inch artisan thin crust pizza from a wood fired brick oven. "The CWE's neighborhood spot for pizza." Pizza Via is the latest incarnation from Scott Sandler, founder of Pizzeoli and Pizza Head. Both of Scott's former restaurants made the Post Dispatch's STL top 100 restaurants in St. Louis six years in a row. Both former restaurants are currently thriving with new owners. Pizza Via has now also made the STL 100 in 2025.
