From the time he was a little boy, our Head Chef Joey Gonzalez was working in Brooklyn pizzerias. After years of perfecting his craft, he has brought authentic Brooklyn food to Vegas! Joey began baking pizza with his brothers - Louie, Ronnie, and Roger - when he was very young, and this love continues to this day as he continues to perfect his craft, and our food offerings, in order to provide a dining experience our customers love.
