HMK started out in NYC’s Gansevoort Market as the Big apples first-ever little knot shop. After a few years there, HMK had the opportunity to move into a stand alone location in Hillsdale NJ! Also, venturing out into the food truck business which travel to new locations weekly and do private parties and corporate events. HMK specializes in Garlic Knot Sliders, but also offer a ton of different sandwiches, crazy appetizers, gourmet milkshakes and so much more available daily.
