Carlos' Cucina was established in 2016 with the goal of providing high quality Italian dishes and Specialty Pizzas to the residents of Middletown NY and its surroundings. The restaurant's Owner and Founder, Carlos Morales, with more than 30 years of experience in the Food Industry in New York, wanted to create a place with his own touch. Carlos Cucina features a Liquor Bar, mouth-watering dishes and a beautiful dining area where our guests can enjoy a delicious meal.
