At Herbs & Dough (H &D), we offer inspired pizza and pasta dishes, that turn ordinary Italian fare into everyday extraordinary. Our head chef has trained under Michelin-rated chefs. Fine Italian cuisine is his passion, and he shows this passion in each slice, from his simple cheese pizza to his orchestrated Herbs & Dough signature slice. This same attention makes every item on the menu, from his appetizers to his curated entrée offerings, truly special dishes that can be savored at lunch or dinner as well as on special occasions. His home-made sauces and salad dressings are specialties in and of themselves. Herbs & Dough is located directly across Route 9 from the south gate of Marist College and next door to TEG bank.
