Mission Pizza Romana is the sister concept of Mission Pizza Napoletana, brought to you by James Beard nominated chef Peyton Smith, who is consistently ranked one of the Top 25 pizza makers in the United States. Our high-hydration, long fermented Roman squares are soft and airy on the inside yet delicately crispy on the outside. They are served by the slice ("Spuntino"), a traditional pizza size ("Mezzo") or party size ("Tutto"). We are located inside Terra Nova Beer Co in Asheville's South SLope neighborhood.
