Pizza Finta is Asheville’s first 100% vegan, sourdough-based, Neo-Neapolitan pizza truck, here to prove that plant-based pizza can be as delicious and satisfying as it is sustainable. “Finta” means “fake” in Italian, but let’s not get hung up on that. This isn’t “fake pizza.” It’s a reimagining—a pizza that breaks the rules in all the right ways. We’re taking everything you love about traditional Italian pies—the rich tomato sauce, the perfectly crisp crust, the decadent toppings—and making it plant-based, good for your heart, and still full of soul.
