Both a warm, weeknight staple and an occasion-worthy escape, Soprana is a love letter to our region. Perched above Asheville and gazing over the Blue Ridge Mountains, we pair brick oven-style pizza with local brews, craft cocktails, and inviting seasonal fare with transportive views and a “come as you are” spirit. Our menu is Alpine-inspired and Appalachian-informed, with a majority of ingredients sourced from neighboring purveyors and farms throughout Western North Carolina.
