We’re a locally-owned/Veteran-owned store opened in 2019 to bring the taste of NY pizza to Bismarck. We use quality ingredients like tomatoes from Italy for our sauce, fresh Cremini mushrooms, high-quality mozzarella, and fresh Italian sausage! But it’s our fresh-made dough that pulls it all together. High-gluten flour infused with water filtered through a New York WaterMaker™ system gives our dough the taste and texture of pizza like you’d find in NYC. Don't forget our Nathan's all-beef hot dogs, JUMBO wings, cheesy garlic bread, Caprese bread, salads and our YUMMY calzones.
