We believe that pizza can & should be healthy. We are committed to being NonGMO & we pride ourselves on being the first restaurant in North East Ohio to make this commitment (possibly the first in Ohio) We go BEYOND organic. What exactly does this mean? This means that we know all of our local farmers and master gardeners. When we cannot support our local farmers due to winter weather in Ohio, we choose to purchase certified organic. But we still know their missions and only support ethically-minded businesses.
