Your friendly neighborhood pizza cart! Text early to pre order, thanks!! Artisan style pizza from scratch using fresh and local ingredients. Dough made with an Italian sourdough culture and a 4-5 day cold ferment for a deeply flavored crust that has both crunch and chew. Pizzas are baked to order at 800 deg. Sauce and toppings are prepared fresh daily, using imported Italian tomatoes, house-made fresh pesto, roasted cremini mushrooms and parmigiano reggiano. I don’t skimp on ingredients, since real ingredients always tastes better. Ice cream is made in-house with whole milk and cream, around 18% butterfat for a rich, creamy product. Non-dairy & sorbets also available. Pickup only, so please reserve early! Text to order please!
