With a focus on quality over quantity, we slow proof our dough to give it more complexity and we make our sauce from the finest vine-ripened tomatoes. We use only high quality mozzarella. Our pizzas are hand-tossed and baked in a very hot deck oven to crisp up the outer crust while leaving the inside soft and chewy in a New York(ish) style. This isn't the easiest way to make pizza, but we think the extra effort pays off. Come see us and try for yourself!
