It takes on a proofing process to give it that light & airy texture, when baking it will enhance a deep golden brown finish. Our own sauce, derives from fresh whole peeled, filleted tomatoes, never using any preservatives & never made from tomato paste, with a touch of olive oil, slow simmered with herbs & spices. Slow roasting our own chicken, roast beef, turkey and pork.
