Emmy J's is a family owned and operated pizza concept started in 2024. Focusing on using high quality ingredients and scratch making as much as possible. Using NO SEED OILS and high quality flour that has never been bleached, bromated, or enriched with folic acid we make sourdough pizza that we let ferment(cold proof) for long periods of time to make a product that doesn't sit heavy after eating. We make East Coast inspired round pizzas as well as several square pan pizza styles. Initially open 5 days in the Revolving Kitchen foodhall in Fairview we are moving to a more mobile operation, opening Friday and Saturday in Fairview and soon to be popping up at farmers markets while be build out a good trailer.
