I've been experimenting with pizza since 2005. In 2012 experiencing with different types of material for making dough yes you guessed, it was crackers and here was the name Crackers Pizza 2019 Working with Robyn Lanee Esparza in her kitchen perfecting the cracker crust breakthrough. It was amazing what I learned over the years on perfecting this cracker crust with out using Crackers. It's not the crackers that make it the cracker crust it's how it's formed into its own unique cracker crust. It's science, art, in baking skills play a role in making the cracker crust. Yes, I wanted to be able to make these pizzas to sell to the public it was only a dream not knowing later it wood be reality. Randy Cracker
