Words from a talented customer that was passing through "....thin crust, square cut, sauce, cheese, and toppings to the edge. This crust is thin, but not cracker thin, with a nice chew to it. Fantastic sauce, and plenty of cheese. This is Wisconsin, eh. Cooked perfectly, just the right amount of brown. Pepperoni and sausage is a no fail toppings move in these parts, especially if the sausage is being made in-house as it is here. It alone is worth the price of admission and they generously apply it in nice, meaty chunks. And there is plenty of pepperoni on this pizza, it is just buried in cheese.
