At Urban Street Pizza, we combine street-food inspiration with both Neapolitan and NY-style pizza making to create fresh, innovative pies full of flavor and fun. We may be new to the Brookfield restaurant scene, but that’s not stopping us from flipping the script and breaking some rules. We make our pies with a special proprietary dough that’s fermented three days for the most flavor. Then we top it using the freshest ingredients.
