"IT COMES DOWN TO REALLY GOOD INGREDIENTS AND MAKING EVERYTHING FRESH. OUR PIZZA DOUGH IS MADE FRESH RIGHT HERE EVERY DAY AND OUR TOPPINGS, OUR ONIONS AND PEPPERS ARE CUT ON THE SPOT." Family members have always been a large part of the business, lending a hand often, we made up everything as we went along. We refused to put sugar in our crust or homemade sauce because our tomatoes are rich enough to carry the flavor on their own and through experimenting with many spices we found the perfect blend. Our pizza's are truly something to be proud of, especially our gourmet pizzas, specialties such as the BLT, the Smokehouse and the Chicken Alfredo​.
